Maruthi Nagar Police Station opens with a kidnapping. A schoolgirl is kidnapped. Her parents lodge a complaint at the police station. The cop who takes up the case is associated with the kidnappers. He asks for their land in exchange for their daughter. On a parallel track, five friends grew up in an orphanage. They are like family. They are so close that every minute, every one of the five knows where the others are. One night, one of the five friends dies in a mysterious way. The other friends are sad about the death. Worried by the death of their friend, the others devise a plan to find the murderer. Archana (Varalaxmi) is a cop. She is one of the four friends. As she investigates the case, she discovers that their friend was murdered near the Maruthi Nagar Police Station. Archana gets transferred to the Maruthi Nagar Police Station. What happens inside the station is the rest of the plot. Varalaxmi, as Archana, carries the movie on her shoulders.
